2 | cans | (10.75 oz.) condensed tomato soup | |

2 | soup cans water | ||

2 | tablespoons | onion, minced | |

4 | teaspoons | chili powder | |
|
Cook beef in large Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until browned; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
